Grounding Through Meditation

While McRae’s rigorous fitness routine keeps her body in shape, she also focuses on her mental well-being through meditation. In a conversation with Women’s Health, she revealed, “I try to do grounding meditations—just centering my body and making sure it feels like I’m connected to a higher power. I believe energy is everything—what you put out is exactly what reflects onto you.”
This balance between physical and mental health allows McRae to give her best performances on stage while maintaining her composure in the fast-paced world of entertainment.
Fueling Her Body With The Right Nutrition

McRae’s dedication to staying in peak condition extends to her diet as well. In an interview with EatingWell, the singer revealed that she prioritizes protein, including her love for eggs, and stays hydrated to maintain her energy levels.
“I am a big fan of eggs,” McRae said. “I eat a lot, probably way too many hard-boiled eggs. I’m 21, I’m not a perfect eater whatsoever, and I think traveling makes that 10 times harder. But I think it’s all about fueling my body for my workouts and making sure I feel good, I feel full, and that I’m drinking water between every couple of bites.”

McRae also emphasized the importance of listening to her body, saying, “I think different foods work well for different bodies, so I think it’s trusting your body on what it wants and not restricting yourself. I feel like the more consistent I am with just listening to what I want and what makes me feel good has always resulted in me loving the way that my body feels.”
