‘ That’s So Raven’ actor Rondell Sheridan made an appearance on Raven-Symoné’s podcast. He shared a thought-provoking commentary on his former co-star Orlando Brown and his recent headline-grabbing antics. Judging by his response, however, the actor seemed somewhat saddened by how things have turned out for the 37-year-old dad of five.

Rondell Sheridan Opens Up On Working With Orlando Brown
In recent years, Orlando Brown has become more known for his viral storytelling than his legacy on Disney Channel’s ‘That’s So Raven.’ The series was a cultural hit, airing from 2003 to 2007 and spawning the spin-off ‘Cory in the House’ in 2007 and the reboot ‘Raven’s Home’ in 2017.
Rondell Sheridan played the role of Victor Baxter, Raven and Cory’s dad. In a new interview on Symone’s podcast, ‘The Best Podcast Ever,’ Sheridan seemed taken aback by the actor’s recent antics. When Symoné’s wife, Miranda Maday, asked him about his thoughts about Brown, he offered a raw take on the actor’s life. To Sheridan, Brown’s path seemed less a mystery but rather inevitable after becoming the breadwinner in his household at a very young age.
“How would you be if you were 14 and I gave you an obscene amount of money that you were the father of your house and you had no supervision. How would you turn out?”
Symoné also shared that the current version of Brown people are witnessing is the same person she worked with on set 20 years ago—but probably a little less unhinged. According to the ‘Cheetah Girls’ star, Orlando already had ways about him that mirror who he has been in the spotlight in recent years.
“He knew he couldn’t lose his job,” Raven said. “The restraints came off, and he went crazy. But he is one of the most talented young men of our generation that just took a little something.”
Sheridan said he believed that by the time ‘That’s So Raven’ was over, Brown would become the breakout star, implying that he saw lots of potential for him. “He was the guy,” he expressed. But Symoné countered the comment. She pointed out an unraveling by the show’s final season.
“We kinda saw a decline then. Things were not really working so well. There was a lot of issues,” she revealed.

Brown Goes Viral Over Alleged Personal Assistant Incident
Sheridan and Symone’s conversation about Brown comes just days after the actor found himself going viral yet AGAIN. A video, supposedly captured by his personal assistant, showcased Brown in a heated outburst. He allegedly shouted behind a closed door, “Bring that hairy, crunchy c**chie to me.”
As the footage played, Brown’s voice rang out. He offered funds for a pedicure to fix her “*****d up” feet. He also questioned her audacity to challenge him in such a state. The alleged assistant recorded the lengthy roast and shared a string of derogatory messages she claims Brown sent her way. The actor has not issued a response to the circulating clip.
