Roddy Ricch broke his usually silent demeanor on Easter to address some family drama! On the same day, his son’s mother, Allie Kay (real name Alexandra Kiser), seemingly shaded him after the rapper shared holiday photos with his daughter. The rapper has two kids: a son, Kadence Shyla, with Allie, and a daughter, Navy Moore, with another woman.

Here’s How Kadence’s Mother Shaded Roddy Ricch

As mentioned, Roddy shared a carousel post on Instagram that features six photos of him and Navy. “Happy Easter from Navy,” the rapper captioned the post. Over 3,000 IG users gushed over the daddy and daughter flicks in the comment section.

Meanwhile, Allie took a different approach on her IG Stories. She shared a behind-the-scenes video of the photoshoot that showed their son was also present. Allie Kay tagged Roddy in the post, captioning it, “It’s his Easter too. You must’ve forgot he was there.”

Additionally, she shared a post about being inclusive of “special needs kids,” by their parents and the entire world. “Special needs kids deserve to be be seen, celebrated and included,” Kay wrote.

Roddy Shuts Down His Son’s Mother With THESE Statements

Well, it looks like Daddy Ricch wasn’t feeling what his son’s mother was seemingly implying. He clarified a few points, from what happened at the Easter photoshoot to how he celebrated his son’s birthday, and how he feels about co-parenting with Allie. The father of two addressed the misunderstanding in an Instagram Stories post on Easter and started by assuring his fans it would be his only statement on “the matter.”

“Yes, I included my son in the photoshoot of my daughter’s first Easter and the first time in L.A. No, my son did not want to take pictures (due to overstimualtion). Yes, my son is autistic. No, I do not love my son any less. Yes, I’ve been ridiculed and slandered through social media. No, I do not feel I am obligated to explain mysekf to complete strangers.”

The rapper also explained the logistics of a recent birthday party for Kadence with his side of the family. He turned five on April 15. It appears that Allie Kay also threw shade about the party that happened the day before Easter. He said he didn’t share footage from the celebration because it was only his kids’ second time being in the same space together.

“Yes I provide for both of my kids. No, I do not give a f**k if you believe it. No, I do not complain about my responsibilites. Yes, I am tired of this situation,” Roddy Ricch wrote, signing off with “Happy Easter.”

Kay Allie Goes IN Over Roddy’s Statement

About an hour after his post went live, Allie Kay addressed several points from his statement. Starting with the photoshoot, she claimed that Roddy never specified it was to celebrate Navy’s first Easter. Instead, Kay implied Ricch told her it was a holiday shoot for both of his kids. Additionally, she blamed Navy’s overstimulation on Roddy Ricch taking “two hours to get a haircut” and his “makeup” done.

“Yes, there WAS pictures taken with my son…but because he wasn’t standing there posing like a robot & instead being himself, he wasn’t included,” Allie Kay wrote.

As for Kadence’s party with his father’s side of the family, Allie said it was a joint party with his cousin. She also accused Roddy of only texting their five-year-old on April 15 and staying for an hour at his official party after allegedly being four hours late.

“Yes, I’ve had my son EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE LAST YEAR regardless of a court order. If you gon tell the story, TELL THE WHOLE THING,” the mother wrote.

For context, it’s been nearly two years since the court ruled on custody and child support regarding Kadence. In 2023, she had demanded $20,000 in monthly support and sole custody. Ultimately, in 2024, a judge granted the parents joint legal custody and shared physical custody. According to TMZ, Roddy was meant to be with their son between Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition, he agreed to pay $8,000 a month in child support, cover all education, special needs therapy, and extracurricular expenses, and pay $1,000 monthly to fund a car for Allie.
