April is ending, so there are only a few days left to watch these movies before Netflix ushers in a new month’s worth of content.

From a legal biopic starring Julia Roberts to a Ben Stiller comedy to a Miles Teller psychological drama, these movies leaving Netflix at the end of April are not to be missed.

‘Erin Brockovich’ (2000)

This legal drama is based on the incredible true underdog story of an uneducated legal aide who made it her mission to get justice for the victims of heinous negligence by an electrical company.

Julia Roberts plays Erin Brockovich, a strong-willed single mother who talks her way into a job at Ed Masry’s (Albert Finney) law firm. When she learns that PG&E Electric has knowingly contaminated the groundwater of a California town, causing major health complications for its inhabitants, she doggedly pursues justice, using her smarts, charm and determination to help the community.

Jennifer Lawrence looks earnest in No Hard Feelings.

The time has come to say goodbye to several shows and movies before they leave Netflix, and this is no April Fool’s joke. Cycling content in and out is a fact of life in the streaming era, even for the world’s biggest streaming service. But since we know what’s heading out the door, this is […]

Roberts’ passionate, powerful performance in this film made her the first actress to win an Academy Award, BAFTA Award, Critics’ Choice Movie Award, Golden Globe Award, National Board of Review Award and Screen Actors Guild Award for a single role. It’s a tour de force piece of art that will move and inspire you.

‘Meet The Parents’ (2000)

Greg (Ben Stiller) is deeply in love with Pam (Teri Polo) and ready to pop the question — but first, he needs to get the blessing of her very “traditional” father, Jack (Robert De Niro), and mother, Dina (Blythe Danner). When Greg meets Pam’s parents, however, it turns out Jack isn’t your average protective father at all. He’s a retired CIA agent — and he’s instantly suspicious of Greg.

A woman sits and looks at a man smoking in Anora.

Spring is here, but that doesn’t mean you have to go outside for entertainment. Streaming is always a great option to pass the time, but which one is the best for watching the best films out there? Hulu is the primary destination for many to watch TV shows, but the streamer has an impressive selection […]

Stiller and De Niro play a hysterical game of cat and mouse in this raucous comedy as Greg tries to impress Jack and Jack tries to prove that Greg is unworthy of his daughter. A lie detector test, a sewage leak and an interfering ex played by Owen Wilson are just a few of the chaotic misadventures that Jack and Greg face on their quest to win Pam to their sides in a rivalry for the ages. Can Greg ever make it into Jack’s oh-so-exclusive “circle of trust?”

This psychological drama stars Miles Teller and J.K. Simmons in a battle of wills that will leave you wondering — can a jazz band really be that intense?

Teller plays Andrew, an aspiring drummer at a prestigious music conservatory in New York. Simmons plays conductor Terrence Fletcher, whose aggressive teaching methods extend into emotional and even physical abuse. As Andrew strives to earn Fletcher’s impossible-to-get approval, he pushes himself to a breaking point that nearly destroys him.

A woman holds a phone to her ear in Molly's Game.

Netflix has an avalanche of content, and it’s often hard to know what to watch. Even if you found something you like and put it in your queue, it could leave the streamer before you watched it. With each month, the streamer loses a handful of movies, and there’s one in particular you should watch […]

The tension is dialed up to eleven in this movie from La La Land director Damien Chazelle, with performances from Teller and Simmons that hit the viewer with the power and fury of any war film.
