Ineffable Live has signed an exclusive talent buying agreement with Majestic Ventura Theater, previously managed and booked by Live Nation since 2019. Ineffable Live is the concert promoter and talent buying division of Ineffable Music Group, the Oakland-based record label, management company and concert promoter.

Ineffable’s stable of California venues include the Uptown Theatre in Napa, the Golden State Theatre in Monterey, the Catalyst in Santa Cruz, Quarry Park Amphitheater in Rocklin, the Ventura Music Hall, San Luis Obispo’s Fremont Theater, Berkeley’s Cornerstone, Felton Music Hall and the Hangar in South Lake Tahoe.

Ineffable Live has already booked over 1,000 shows across California for 2025 and continues to invest heavily in the venues it operates, helping to foster a thriving independent music scene for both artists and fans. The addition of the Majestic Ventura Theater further strengthens Ineffable’s ability to support artists as they grow, providing a critical platform for emerging acts to build their fanbase and transition into mid-sized touring acts capable of sustaining national theater runs.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Ineffable Live as we enter this next chapter at the Majestic,” said Robert Antonini, owner of the Majestic Ventura Theater, in a press release. “Their passion for live music, deep artist relationships, and commitment to community make them the ideal partner to help us bring even more dynamic music and cultural events to downtown Ventura.”

Thomas Cussins, chief executive of Ineffable Music, called the Majestic Ventura Theater “one of California’s most iconic venues,” adding “we’re committed to creating diverse, meaningful experiences for artists and fans alike and look forward to bringing world-class programming to Ventura’s vibrant music scene.”
