Capricorn Clark, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant, took to the stand on Tuesday (May 27) with more harrowing allegations about the hip-hop mogul’s alleged abusive past during his sex trafficking trial. Clark, who worked for the 55-year-old celeb between 2004 and 2013, alleged that she was kidnapped, interrogated, and threatened by Combs multiple times while working for him. She also claimed she witnessed the Bad Boy Records label head violently beat his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, after finding out she had a relationship with rapper Kid Cudi.

Clark took to the stand in tears on Tuesday while recounting some of the terrible experiences she allegedly once had while working for Combs, including one incident where she was kidnapped and forced to take a lie detector test over the course of five days, after Combs accused her of stealing several pieces of jewelry from his home, according to USA Today.

During her emotional courtroom testimony, Clark claimed that once the accusation arose, Combs sent his former bodyguard, Paul Offord—also known as “Uncle Paulie”—to search her home for the jewelry but found nothing. The following day, Clark was reportedly taken to a building in New York, which she described as an unfinished and run-down property that would later become the headquarters of Combs’ company, Bad Boy Worldwide.

At that location, Clark said she was introduced to a large man who was smoking cigarettes and drinking black coffee. She testified that she was told she would be subjected to a lie detector test and warned that failure would result in her being thrown into “the East River,” reports USA Today.

Clark said she was frightened and felt coerced, undergoing repeated polygraph examinations over five days. According to her, the results remained inconclusive, and she was not allowed to leave until the matter was resolved. The door was allegedly locked from the outside

“I was just trying to survive it,” she told the court.

The unknown man would take Clark home at the end of each day, only to return for more questioning the following morning, according to her testimony.

Clark claimed she was instructed to help with breaking into Kid Cudi’s home.

The shocking allegations did not stop there. Clark shook the courtroom later on in the day while describing an incident involving Combs’ reaction to a romantic relationship between his ex-girlfriend, Ventura, and rapper Kid Cudi (Scott Mescudi)

Per PEOPLE, Clark testified that in 2011, she was forced by Combs and a security team member to go to Mescudi’s Los Angeles home. Upon discovering the relationship, Combs allegedly broke into the residence while armed and made threats. Clark claimed she was not permitted to leave and was instructed to call Ventura and deliver threatening messages on Combs’ behalf.

After the incident, Clark testified that Combs told her he would not release her until Ventura came to him. She also alleged that Combs made threats to kill her, Ventura, and Mescudi if Mescudi contacted authorities.

“I’ll kill all you motherf—ers,” he allegedly said, according to Clark.

The madness reportedly continued when Clark and Ventura went to Combs’ residence later that day. There, Clark testified, she witnessed Combs physically assault Ventura, kicking her repeatedly as she curled into a fetal position.

“He kept kicking her,” she told the jury and courtroom. “He never used his hands.”

During the alleged assault, Combs also threatened Clark, saying he would “f–k” her “up,” too.

Clark testified that she felt completely powerless during the incident. She said she pleaded with Combs’ security personnel to step in as he allegedly assaulted Ventura, but none of them intervened.

Desperate, Clark said she called Ventura’s mother, Regina Ventura, to alert her to the situation.

“He’s beating the sh—out of your daughter,” she allegedly told Regina per PEOPLE. “I’m in over my head. I can’t call the police, but you can. Please help her.”

Before Clark’s emotional testimony, attorneys representing Combs questioned the nature of her past relationship with the music mogul, asking whether it had always been strictly professional. They presented a text message allegedly sent by Clark in June 2021, in which she purportedly admitted to having the “biggest crush” on Combs before working for him, according to USA Today. Clark denied ever sending the message and maintained that she only saw Combs as a friend.

Clark clarified that she respected Combs for his business acumen, describing him as tenacious and driven by a strong desire for success. Becoming emotional, she teared up while telling the court:

“I think I was a really good employee for him.”

Combs is facing a slew of charges ranging from sexual assault and coercion to drugging, racketeering, and forced labor. If convicted, he could face up to life in prison.
