The Fantastic Four: First Steps will see the titular group of heroes living inside of The Baxter Building, which Marvel Studios has playfully listed for rent in a new video.

The latest video for the upcoming movie is a playful parody of a real estate listing, and highlights the amenities found within The Baxter Building. Not only that, but the iconic headquarters of the group can also be found on real-life real estate website Zillow.
On Zillow’s listing, The Baxter Building is listed for a whopping $4,444,444, a potential steal for a place in a skyscraper in New York City. Among the amenities listed on the site are things like “high-speed elevators,” “color television,” and “super-science laboratories.” The heroic group, including Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm, are also all listed as neighbors.
The cast of The Fantastic Four: First Steps is led by Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm. The film also includes Ralph Ineson as Galactus and Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal/Silver Surfer. Additionally, Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, and Natasha Lyonne have been cast in undisclosed roles.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps will be released in United States theaters on July 25, 2025. It has been confirmed that Pascal, Kirby, Quinn, and Moss-Bachrach will all return for Avengers: Doomsday, which arrives in December 2026.
