Gina Kirschenheiter‘s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, submitted an income and expense report earlier this year amid his messy divorce from ex Meghan Mullen.
As he confirmed he and the 41-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County cast member had moved back in together after briefly living separately during season 18, Travis, 39, detailed his monthly income and revealed how much he spends each month.
In court documents obtained by Us Weekly on July 9, Travis, who has a degree in business administration, said he was employed as a full-time senior financial analyst at a genetic testing company and had been making $10,164 per month since he started there in July 2022. He also receives $8,333 per month in “trust income,” has $2,221 in cash and money in the bank, and has $18,199 in stocks and bonds or other sellable assets.
Although Travis, who listed his personal property as “TBD,” has been working alongside Gina as a real estate agent for four months, he mentioned in his paperwork that he has not yet made money doing so.
Additionally, Travis stated that he lives with Gina, her three children, and the three sons he shares with Meghan, and he added that Gina did not pay for his household expenses.
Each month, Travis said he was spending $8,094, breaking it down as follows, per Us Weekly: “$4,075 a month in rent, $368 in health care costs, $1,000 on groceries, $300 on eating out, $475 on utilities, $111 on his cell phone, $500 on clothes, $420 on education and $845 on car expenses.”
Travis also said he spent about $28,255 on legal fees, which he sold investments to cover, and still owed his attorney $8,000.
Back in March, Travis’ split from Meghan intensified as he filed an emergency motion, demanding he be awarded sole legal and physical custody of his children after Meghan allegedly missed two drug tests.
At the same time, he accused Meghan of allowing one of their children to skip school and said she had gotten in the way of his time with the kids.
“Her refusal to take a court-ordered drug test further supports my suspicions that [Meghan] is consuming illegal substances, which could drastically impair her ability to care for our children,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, in her own court documents, Meghan denied his allegations.
“His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children. Travis is using the family court system as a tool of coercive control and retaliation,” she declared. “Travis has made numerous false allegations that I am using illicit substances and passed out in the car pickup line. I categorically deny this. These statements are untrue and unsupported by any credible evidence.”
Meghan also went after Gina, saying, “All three children have told me Gina speaks negatively about me and creates tension in the household.”
The case is set to be heard in court later this month.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 premieres tonight, July 10, at 9/8c on Bravo.
