Hasbro has released a clip for Transformers: Cyberworld offering us a first look at the new 36-episode CG-animated original series that will launch on the official Transformers YouTube Channel on Saturday, July 12.
This all-new YouTube-first series was created for kids and it “plunges into the perilous and uncharted regions of Cybertron, alongside Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Elita-1, Megatron, Grimlock, and other iconic Transformers bots.
“Stranded on Cyberworld, the bots must confront a series of treacherous, game-like trials that test their strength, strategy, and alliances at every turn.”
In the clip, you can watch as Optimus Prime and Grimlock fight and discover the unsettling reality of Cyberworld.
Tamara Grindrod, Global Play Leader, Action Brands at Hasbro, shared in a statement: “Cyberworld offers a fresh take on Transformers storytelling and a unique experience for kids and families. Our collaboration with YouTube marks an exciting step in growing the Transformers brand, and we look forward to sharing this latest chapter with kids when Cyberworld premieres on July 12.”
