Savannah Chrisley is joining the long list of celebrities coming clean about plastic surgery.
The reality star, who recently celebrated the release of her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, from federal prison, admitted she hid her procedures out of fear of “judgment.”

Savannah Chrisley Reveals Plastic Surgery Procedure

On Tuesday’s episode of her “Unlocked” podcast titled “Be Curious, Not Judgemental,” Savannah got candid with fans while chatting with plastic surgeon, Dr. Charlie Galanis.
“I’ll just be honest here because that’s what my life is these days,” the TV personality said before revealing she recently had liposuction. Explaining her decision, Savannah told listeners that health challenges led her to go under the knife, saying:
“I was going through all kinds of sh-t with my endometriosis, and I had taken this medication and I gained 40 lbs literally in like three months.”
Following the rapid weight gain, which she described as “crazy,” the podcast host was due for a campaign shoot and didn’t like the way she looked. That was when she decided to undergo liposuction.

“It happened fast. It was a while ago. It was around Christmastime,” she confessed.

The Reality Star Felt ‘Different’ After Surgery
Savannah, whose mom accompanied her for the procedure, admitted to not feeling her best before the surgery.
According to her, the weight gain “took a toll” on her “physically,” “emotionally,” and “mentally,” pushing her to do something about it. Six weeks after her surgery, the 27-year-old said she felt like a “whole different human being.”
While some parts of society still frown at plastic surgery, the “Chrisley Knows Best” alum believes it was the best choice for her.
Defending her decision, she told listeners, “I was going through all of my health stuff, gaining weight. I was working out, eating right, and nothing was working.”
However, she couldn’t continue down that path because of pressure from the industry. In her words:

“That’s the thing, being on TV and having to do a campaign shoot for a product. I’m like, ‘I can’t show up looking the way that I look. To me, it didn’t fit the brand. I didn’t feel good.”

Savannah Chrisley Was Afraid Of Criticism
Despite feeling good about her decision to have surgery, Savannah never came out with the truth until now because of the stigma attached.
Defending her choice to have a “quick fix,” the reality star, who also confessed to using the weight loss drug Semaglutide, said she kept quiet because of “the judgment that goes along with it.”
Nevertheless, the Chrisley daughter wouldn’t change a thing, as she believes plastic surgery is a worthy “investment.”
The ‘Unlocked’ Podcast Host Once Credited Her Diet
The daughter of Todd and Julie Chrisley is no stranger to talking about her fluctuating weight.
While opening up about her battle with endometriosis to Life & Style Magazine, she admitted her health challenge made it difficult to keep fit.
“I was on a medication and the highest dose possible for six months, and I gained about 30 pounds within the six months,” she shared. “I mean, it was hard.”
However, Savannah was able to break out of the cycle due to an alternative diet. “Thank goodness for South Beach Diet because it’s truly helped me get back to where I was and where I feel comfortable.”

No More Playing Guardian After Todd & Julie Chrisley’s Release
Meanwhile, the “Growing Up Chrisley” star is entering a new chapter following the presidential pardon of her parents from their tax evasion sentence.
Savannah had to step in as the legal guardian for her younger siblings amid her parents’ incarceration, losing her personal freedom in the process. However, all that has changed now that Todd and Julie are free.
The reality star explained that she is ready to return to a life with fewer responsibilities after looking after her younger ones for two years.
