Kenny Rodriguez is speaking out amid the ongoing rumors surrounding his split from JaNa Craig.
After JaNa lashed out against him, claiming he was a “manipulative liar” and suggesting he faked the romance fans saw on Love Island USA season six for “clout,” Kenny fought back on a secret Instagram account, denying that his feelings for JaNa weren’t genuine and suggesting that JaNa was rewriting history in an effort to feel less pain.
“To [JaNa Craig], and anyone who needs to hear this … It was never fake … Whatever people may assume, I know what I felt — and I meant it. Every smile, every conversation, every moment — we shared something real, at least from my side. I didn’t fake love. I didn’t fake care. I didn’t fake showing up,” Kenny began in a statement from his social media page. “But sometimes love alone isn’t enough. And when things fall apart, people start rewriting the story to make it hurt less. I won’t do that. I won’t pretend we didn’t matter just because we didn’t last.”
In closing, Kenny insisted that he was authentic in his interactions with JaNa as he wished her well.
“Let this be my final word: I showed up with my whole heart. I gave what I had. And now, I’m choosing peace over pain, and truth over rumors … [I] wish you healing. I’ll find mine too,” he declared.
Meanwhile, in a post shared to his Instagram Story, Kenny teased upcoming receipts.
“Story time with full receipts coming Monday … subscribe to be notified,” he encouraged his fans and followers, along with a link to a YouTube channel.
As Kenny prepared to showcase his “receipts,” JaNa appeared on TikTok, where she shared an “Important PSA” with her online audience and begged her followers to “pleaseeee leave [Kenny’s] family alone.”
“You guys, if you genuinely love me, if you genuinely care about me, you want to help me heal, I’m begging you, please leave Kenny’s family alone,” she said in the clip. “That family did nothing wrong to me. They were nothing but kind. Everyone I ever met always defended me, always stood up for me.”
“Do not go to their house. Don’t go to their jobs. Do not threaten them. I’m begging you: Leave them alone,” she continued. “They’ve been through enough. They’ve been apologizing to me. They’ve always been nice to me. So I’m begging you guys, please leave Kenny’s family alone. I’m trying to close this chapter. It’s getting stressful. But if you guys could do anything for me, can you just leave it alone? We’re done. We’re moving on. But his family [was] always so kind, so, so kind to me. So I would appreciate it if you would leave their home, leave their jobs.”
“It’s not okay,” she added.
