Marvel fans are getting their first sneak peek at Avengers: Doomsday thanks to some newly shared set videos.
The clips come from stunt performer David Charles Warren III, who has been working as Anthony Mackie’s stunt double since The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Warren dropped the videos on Instagram, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at some of the action being prepared for Mackie’s Captain America.
In one video, Warren pulls off a high-flying stunt that ends in a superhero landing, the kind of move that feels like it belongs in the heat of a battle. The other clips highlight fight choreography, with Warren running through Sam Wilson’s close-combat moves.
Warren and Mackie have built a strong working relationship over the years, not only through Marvel projects but also on Peacock’s Twisted Metal, where Warren handled the actor’s stunts. His work here offers a tease of what fans can expect from the action-heavy sequences that have always defined the Avengers films.
With production rolling and teases like this making their way online, the excitement for Avengers: Doomsday is only growing.
Confirmed returning heroes include Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, Letitia Wright as Shuri, and Paul Rudd as Ant-Man.
The roster keeps growing with Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, Wyatt Russell’s U.S. Agent, Tenoch Huerta as Namor, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing, Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Kelsey Grammer as Beast, Lewis Pullman as Sentry, Danny Ramirez as Falcon, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Winston Duke as M’Baku, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
Avengers: Doomsday will also feature the return of Patrick Stewart as Professor X, Ian McKellen as Magneto, Alan Cumming as Nightcrawler, Rebecca Romijn as Mystique, James Marsden as Cyclops, and Channing Tatum as Gambit.
The next big chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is being directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, and it hits theaters on December 18, 2026, with Avengers: Secret Wars following a year later on December 17, 2027.
