Stacey Rusch and Thomas Anthony “TJ” Jones‘s alleged Real Housewives of Potomac contract has been leaked.
As rumors continue to swirl in regard to TJ’s apparent lawsuit against Stacey, 53, in which he accuses her of failing to pay him for appearing on season nine of the Bravo reality show, a document in which she is seemingly seen agreeing to pay the actor half of her salary has been posted on social media.
“Stacey & TJ’s alleged contract landed in my dms. The source swears this is the contract. Seems insane to me too but have to share with you guys,” Bravo and Cocktails wrote in the caption of an October 23 post on Instagram, which included a document titled “RHOP Contract.”
“I, Stacey D Rusch, willingly enter this agreement with Thomas Anthony Jones Jr. as an equal partner and cast member of Bravo TV’s Real Housewives of Potomac, (RHOP) produced by Truly Original, LLC, and NBCUniversal Media, LLC,” it read. “I agree that Thomas Anthony Jones Jr. is entitled to 50% of my total salary earned as compensation for my appearance for the 2024 season as a cast member, and each season I appear as a cast member of (RHOP) thereafter.”
“This contract shall automatically renew each season, and remain in effect until my employment as a cast member of (RHOP) ends, or a mutually agreed time,” it concluded.

In addition to several of the outlet’s followers poking fun at the supposed contract with comments like, “What in the Microsoft Word is this,” “What in the Temu version of a contract is this chile,” and “Me faking my mom’s signature on a failed test,” others pointed out that the document didn’t mention that Stacey was allegedly paying TJ to be her fake boyfriend.
“With CHATGPT… this is all they could come up with?” another wondered. “The state of this is so sad.”
“This is wild!” someone else agreed. “TJ typed that up real quick on Word doc.”
Even Preston Mitchum, 39, of Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard, weighed in.
“As an attorney, even the looks of this PMO,” he stated. “From the randomly bolded ‘RHOP Contract’ at the top, to the paragraph spacing, to his signature not being there, to him not being a cast member and therefore no contractual relationship with Truly/Bravo/NBCU.”
“Even if they entered one, it should be written very differently,” he added.

The Real Housewives of Potomac season 10 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
