Porsha Williams Tells Police What Happened In Her Delta Flight Incident With Another Female Passenger
The incident went down on Sunday (November 16) after Williams spent the weekend in Vegas at BravoCon with her fellow ‘RHOA’ castmates and more.
After police at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport escorted Williams off the plane, she gave a statement. According to body cam footage, she recalled the incident starting after using her phone with the volume up. She apparently was watching some videos on Instagram without any headphones. She said there was another woman who was sitting next to her in first class.
Before the plane doors even shut for takeoff from Vegas, Williams said the woman began to complain to her about the volume on her phone. Williams claimed the woman asked her, “So, you’re going to make me listen to that the whole flight?” The ‘RHOA‘ star gave her an equally snarky response and said, “Well, do you want to?” The woman replied, “No.” The reality star quipped, “Well, there was a nicer way to say that.” k
Williams alleged the woman snapped and yelled, “B*tch, you don’t tell me … You don’t talk to me.” Caught off guard, the reality star asked the woman if she was okay. The woman allegedly said, “Who the f**k do you think you are?” Williams said she shut it down and called for the woman to be removed from around her.

Porsha Williams Claims Passenger In Delta Flight Incident Accused Her Of Assault And Was Ready To Press Charges And Put Her In Jail
Williams said the woman pulled her own phone out to record, dropped it, and claimed the reality star “hit her,” knocking the phone out of her hand, and then “hit her in the face.” The woman then claimed she was pressing charges over the alleged assault and wanted Williams in jail.
Williams, further upset, told the woman, “Get your ugly a** out of here.” Williams said a flight attendant came over and told her, “You’re an adult. You can’t be cursing like that.” She then questioned why she was chastising her instead of the other passenger, who also allegedly used obscenities and was erratic.
Williams said the flight attendants attempted to move the woman to a nearby seat. However, she remained “irate,” causing attendants to have to allegedly drag her to the other seat. Williams said she was in the window seat and the woman next to her in the aisle seat. After the incident, the flight continued to ATL without further issues.
When police talked to the other female passenger, she alleged Williams put hands in her face, almost scratched her eye with her long fingernails, and knocked her phone from her hand. The passenger also claimed to be scared of Williams possibly retaliating, declaring, “I’m afraid she’s going to have me killed.”
Despite their claims of physical contact not matching up, other passengers exiting the plane, stopped by Williams, who was speaking with police, and defended her claims that she never touched the other passenger.

Porsha Williams’ Lawyer Speaks, Along With FBI Atlanta And Delta Airlines
On Monday (November 17), a spokesperson for FBI Atlanta told TMZ, “FBI Atlanta is aware of an incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person. We are looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.”
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Delta Airlines told TMZ, “Two customers on the flight were spoken to by cabin crew, and the flight continued on to Atlanta and landed without issue. Law enforcement met the flight upon arrival at Atlanta.”
On Tuesday (November 18), two days after Williams’ Delta flight incident, her lawyer, Joe Habachy, spoke with TMZ and said:
“Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses. As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred. Ms. Williams has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.”
