Rep. Stansbury, who is on the House Oversight Committee, has repeatedly claimed that President Trump’s name appears over 1,000 times in the Epstein files. She’s also continuously accused Trump of a cover-up.
Now, Stansbury is claiming that a 2016 lawsuit, accusing Epstein and Trump of repeatedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 1994, is mentioned in the files. As she’s mentioned, an April 2016 email exchange between Michael Wolff and Epstein has surfaced.
In the exchange, Epstein forwards an email chain began by Reuters News’ David Ingram. Ingram emailed Martin G. Weinberg, giving a heads up about the outlet preparing to report on the newly-filed lawsuit accusing Trump and Epstein of raping a minor. Ingram told Weinberg the outlet requested to speak with Epstein or a comment on his behalf.
Weinberg then warned Epstein that the federal court case was going to press in a few hours. Forwarding the chain to Wolff, Epstein said, “Here we go.” Wolff replied, “Well, I guess if there’s anybody who can wave thus [sic] away, it’s Donald. Let me know if there’s anything I can do.”

Donald Trump And Jeffrey Epstein Sued For Allegedly Raping A 13-Year-Old Girl
On April 26, 2016, the alleged victim, Jane Doe aka Katie Johnson, filed her first complaint in California. But shortly withdrew it after allegedly receiving “threatening phone calls on her cell phone.” She filed another version of her suit on June 20, 2016 in New York.
She included a declaration signed herself and a second statement, signed by pseudonymous Tiffany Doe. Tiffany claimed Epstein hired her throughout the 1990s to recruit adolescent women to attend the financier’s parties. However, by September 2016, the complaint was withdrawn after reportedly never being served. The case was refiled later that month.
According to Politico, the second and third versions of the suit accuse Trump of only a single act of rape. However, the versions did allege he had “sexual contact” with Jane Doe on three other occasions. According to reports online, Doe dropped the case again in November 2016 out of fear of retaliation and threats.
Despite dropping her case, it’s reported that Doe/Johnson’s lawyer fully believes her. According to Tara Palmeri, the lawyer said, “There’s no doubt in my mind she told the truth.” Palmeri also said that Trump still denies it. She added that Doe/Johnson’s lawyer hasn’t heard from her since she dropped the suit after alleged threats. As Trump signed the bill to release the Epstein files, Doe/Johnson’s case is going viral again.
