Britney Spears Shares Troubling Post About ‘Suffering’

Britney Spears has sparked concern for her health as she returned to Instagram to share a lengthy post about “suffering” and experiencing “hard times.”

A source close to the pop star’s family raised alarm about her spiraling state but lamented how “there’s absolutely nothing” they can do about it.

It comes after Britney Spears’ public feud with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who accused her of wielding a knife at their children’s room while they were sleeping.

Spears raised concerns among fans after sharing a cryptic and unsettling post to her Instagram account in which she alluded to “suffering,” “darkness,” and a traumatic past.

The “Baby One More Time” hitmaker had previously deactivated her account following a series of bizarre posts, but returned a few weeks ago, and has now shared a video of herself dancing to Adele’s song “Send My Love (To Your New Lover).”

In the video, Spears can be seen rocking a skimpy animal print dress and a pair of black heels as she whines to the tune. She left her blonde hair parted down the middle as it flowed graciously down her shoulders.

“Haven’t found my party dress for this year,” Spears wrote in the caption of the now-updated post, per reports. “Reflecting is good for the soul… Sometimes when hard things happen, good things come from it, and we learn…”

The singer then added that she has “learned that a real note of expression with emotion speaks volumes for us all!”

Spears remained cryptic throughout the message, as she also reflected on her earlier years growing up.

“Call it childish, silly, annoying… We grow up to become women, but do you dare keep the most sensitive part of the soul and allow it to rebel… the child within must speak in the most vulnerable of times,” she continued.

Although her parents and children are very much alive, the “Toxic” singer added that both “sadness and darkness” can “make an understanding of losing someone and of the hurt and pain.”

She then said that “through suffering, ugliness and sacrifice,” beautiful things can be “manifested” and extended to others, so “they understand they are not alone.”

Spears added that “the woman in me will make sure I find my destination,” before sharing an eyebrow-raising quip on how her Thanksgiving holiday went.

“PS, I can’t even look at food after this Thanksgiving… I cheated, I was so bad… but it felt so damn good… forgive me, father,” she concluded.

Spears earlier sparked concern she’d relapsed into using alcohol when she was spotted carrying a full champagne flute out of a wine bar in L.A., per the Daily Mail. However, her team insisted that wasn’t the case.

Yet that didn’t alleviate worries as she was again seen looking disheveled with her hair scattered and her face puffy. The incident sparked concerns from her family, with a source telling the news outlet that she’s simply not taking care of herself.

“This is very distressing. It’s really a nightmare knowing that things are happening that might put her in danger. There’s absolutely nothing we can do to help her,” the insider said.

The singer was previously seen in a video sharing a toast to the guests at a Mexican eatery before driving off alone in her car, swerving lanes at full speed.

“Until something horrible happens, that might be the wakeup call. But nobody is doing anything to get her the help she needs; they are just letting her do her thing,” another source said.

It comes after Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline released his memoir “You Thought You Knew,” where he detailed disturbing acts the singer allegedly carried out while taking care of their sons, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline.

In the book, he accused Spears of struggling with drug addiction and behaving disturbingly towards their sons as she struggled with her mental health.

Kevin claimed that at one point, they woke up to find her standing by their door with a knife in her hand.

“Every visit seemed to end with her yelling about something,” Kevin wrote in his memoir. “The boys just didn’t want to deal with it anymore.”

Kevin Federlin, who used to be a professional backup dancer, later shared on the November 10 episode of “Talk Shop Live” that their two sons are now trying to “mend a bond” with her despite their strained history.

“They absolutely love their mom, right? I mean, they always, always have, always will,” he said, per E! News.

Spears’ ex-husband continued, “It’s instilled in them. And I’ve always wanted for them to have a connection with their mom, the way I have with my mom.”
