The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is one of Bravo’s most popular shows. However, the cast has been criticized for not being as transparent as the ladies from other shows. Now, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania is echoing similar sentiments.
Dolores was on a recent episode of Two Ts In a Pod with Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp. The two were discussing a recent episode from RHOBH season 15 when Dolores said, “I will tell you this: no one gets away with what Beverly Hills gets away with.”
“With not talking about their life,” she continued. Tamra then agreed, saying, “Well, I think that Kyle’s hands are tied. Like she wants to talk about it, but the other person doesn’t want to be mentioned.” For context, Tamra is speaking of Kyle Richards’ former relationship with Morgan Wade. Kyle recently revealed on the show that she had been in a relationship, but she did not mention Morgan by name.
The conversation continued with Dolores saying, “Okay, fine. I get it, but that’s still not okay in everybody else’s world. It’s just not.” From there, she said, “A lot of people’s other people don’t wanna be involved. I can name some boyfriends who don’t wanna be involved, yet people are told, ‘Then we have to rethink your status.’”
In the end, Tamra said, “Well, I can go on about that, but I’m just gonna shut it down right there.” Several Bravo fans took to the comments to either agree with Dolores or defend the cast. One person said on X, “Finally, some truth about Beverly Hills! They are clearly favored and for no reason. The show hasn’t been interesting for 5 years.”
Someone else wrote, “Its a poor excuse. Paparazzi photos, a music video, outings where fans will see. But dont mention it on the show?? Girl go away smh.”
Another fan said, “It’s laughable that Dolores would be the one to make this comment. Such a big talker now that cameras aren’t rolling.”
Finally, someone defended Kyle, writing, “If Kim could keep a storyline going about Big Papa for YEARS without ever showing him then Kyle could do the same 🤷🏽♂️ #RHOBH”
