On Friday, Golden pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and aggravated manslaughter in September, following the incident earlier this year when he placed his baby son in the middle of an intersection and drove over him in his GMC truck. According to court records, Justin Golden and Pablo’s mother were on their way to a Walmart in Jacksonville on January 25 when an argument broke out inside the truck over “baby wipes and money.” The mother exited the vehicle in an attempt to end the fight. In response, Golden reportedly told police he “did not want to be responsible for the child,” then he allegedly placed Pablo on the road in the intersection, then drove off, tragically running over his son. Several bystanders witnessed the horrifying act, with one initially mistaking the baby for a bag of trash.
