Sweet Pill have dropped “Glow” from their upcoming album, There’s Still A Glow. The track is the second single from the LP and explores lead vocalist Zayna Youssef’s personal experience of denial and living with her eyes closed.
“I perceive through this hazy lens that is constantly fogged by a glow,” Youssef explains. “To me, a glow is a shape with no contour lines — a limitless being that sucks you in as you stare. I am in a daydream-like state, refusing to snap out of it. This impaired judgment that I wear sugarcoats and distracts me from the reality in front of me. Yet, maybe I want to keep my eyes closed for a little longer.”

“We felt that this song needed to be highlighted since it showcases our ability to weave in and out of our genre,” the band explain further on Instagram. “We often get labeled an emo band (which is mostly true), but with ‘Glow,’ we are blurring the lines between labels.”
The hazy video, directed by Johnny Komar, features the band blindfolded while playing in a forest. Throughout, each member begins to remove their blindfolds and see the glow for themselves.
In March, Sweet Pill will play across the U.S. and Canada with openers Heart To Gold, Spaced, and Stereosity. Watch the video for “Glow” and check out Sweet Pill’s 2026 tour dates below.
