Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula could be headed for a messy split.
Following the news of their breakup, which came just months after the Summer House couple was said to be living separately, a report has suggested that their lack of a prenup may come back to bite Kyle, 43, and Amanda, 34, especially considering that their company, Loverboy, once faced millions in debt.
“Reality stars Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula from Bravo’s Summer House famously did not sign a prenuptial agreement before their 2022 wedding, a decision Amanda later called a ‘major mistake,’ especially as their shared business, Loverboy, faced significant debt and lawsuits, exposing their personal finances, a situation that’s played out on the show and in recent headlines,” read a January 19 report from Toronto Pop Zone on Instagram.
“Loverboy founder Kyle Cooke revealed in 2022 he was $4 million in debt from business loans, facing significant financial strain, though the company later saw major salesgrowth to $16 million in 2022, but experienced losses and increased expenses in 2024, with reports of millions lost and ongoing financial struggles,” the outlet continued.

In other Kyle and Amanda news, Kyle was seen posting a comment on a slideshow shared by Amanda, who owns her own swimwear brand, last week, in which she participated in the online 2016 trend with a series of throwback photos, none of which featured her now-estranged spouse.
“2016,” she captioned her January 14 post.
“I guess I was never in your camera roll,” Kyle replied in a comment.

Kyle and Amanda announced their split on Monday with a joint statement shared to each of their Instagram Stories.
“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” they wrote on January 19. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”
“It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time, since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter,” they added.
Summer House season 10 premieres on Tuesday, February 3, at 8/7c on Bravo.
