The hit comedy series A Man on the Inside starring Ted Danson has been renewed for a third season. According to a new report from Deadline, the series from creator Mike Schur will return. The show’s second season recently premiered at the end of 2025.
The series has been one of Netflix’s most popular, scoring above a 90% on Rotten Tomatoes across both of its seasons even if the viewership numbers haven’t been in the top of Netflix’s charts. A Man on the Inside also stars Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Lilah Richcreek Estrada, Stephanie Beatriz, Gary Cole, Michaela Conlin, Lisa Gilroy, Max Greenfield, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Madison Hu, Sam Huntington, Jason Mantzoukas, Constance Marie, Linda Park, David Strathairn, and Jill Talley.
The series is executive-produced by creator Mike Schur, Morgan Sackett, David Miner, Maite Alberdi, Marcela Santibañez, Julie Goldman, and Christopher Clements. It is a production by Universal Television.
