Gizelle Bryant didn’t mince words when she was questioned about whether Wendy Osefo should take the plea deal she’d been offered by the prosecutors who are handling her and Eddie Osefo‘s fraud case.

As Wendy, 41, appeared at The Real Housewives of Potomac reunion special three months after her and Eddie’s October 2025 arrest, and was featured in a scene shot at home with Eddie, 42, in which they discussed the night they spent behind bars and looked ahead to their future, Gizelle, 55, shared her thoughts on the Osefos’ case.

“She should [take the plea deal],” Gizelle told TMZ while out in New York City. “Not maybe. For definitely.”

Meanwhile, in a scene from RHOP that aired on Sunday night, Wendy and Eddie were featured at their Maryland home one week after their arrest.

“I feel like I’m in a constant like, nightmare. I feel like the house doesn’t even feel the same. I have to eat, but I’m not hungry. I just have no appetite, no nothing. I don’t know,” Wendy shared. “Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would lead to us being taken away in handcuffs. It’s so crazy. It feels like a bad dream.”

After admitting that it didn’t feel real, Eddie recalled being in the holding cell as Wendy spoke to her sister on the phone and mentioned that she’d heard their youngest child, six-year-old daughter Kamrynn, in the background.

The couple, who also share Karter, 12, and Kruz, 10, immediately got emotional as they considered Kamrynn’s state of mind.

“She’s so innocent, she had no idea what’s going on,” Wendy said. “She was just so happy. She was like, ‘Mommy.’ And I said, ‘You’re gonna spend the night with Auntie.’ She was just like, ‘Okay, Mommy, I’ll see you tomorrow.’ And I didn’t know if I was gonna see her tomorrow. I was so scared. I was just worried about the kids. I was so scared for them.”

Wendy then wondered, “Do you think this is gonna affect our marriage?”

“It has impact,” Eddie replied. “And I think it’s gonna impact us.”

According to Wendy, she’s “not the same person” after their arrest and doesn’t think she’ll “ever be the same.”

“God’s got us … we’re going to be okay,” Eddie vowed.

Then, on the set of the reunion with Andy Cohen, 57, Wendy confirmed “the investigation is still ongoing,” and admitted, “It has been a very trying time for my family.”

Continuing on, Wendy explained, “You have someone like Kam, who is not aware of what’s going on. Then you have Karter, who was actually aware when everything happened. We tried to shield him. Immediately it happened, I called my mom and my sister to pick up the kids, because the kids weren’t home when this happened, so thank God they didn’t see anything. I was taking a nap, and I wake up to Eddie saying, ‘Baby, the police are here.’”

While Wendy and Eddie pretended that everything was fine once they reunited with their kids, Karter had already learned of their arrest on his phone.

“We were pretending like everything was fine, and he was in the back of the car, and I was like, ‘Baby, what’s wrong?’” Wendy recalled. “And he said, ‘Where were you?’ And I just looked in his eyes, and I’ve always promised my kids, I’ll never lie to you, and then he just started crying. I just held him, and we just cried together in the backseat of Eddie’s car, just hugging each other.”

Because Wendy doesn’t want Karter blindsided in such a way again, she and Eddie have been keeping him in the loop with the happenings of their case.

Moving on to her mug shot, in which she appeared to be laughing, Wendy said the man taking her picture was “nice” and “trying to cheer [her] up.”

“He was playing around with me because he knew it was heavy. I was crying in there. I was sad,” she explained. “I don’t regret smiling, because at the end of the day, I think we’ve all been through things, and you try to smile through the pain, no matter how heavy it is.”

The Real Housewives of Potomac season 10 reunion is currently airing on Sunday nights at 8/7c on Bravo.
