Meghan King accused her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds, of giving her phone number to sex workers while filing a harassment report with police in September 2025.
As Jim, 55, refuted her claims with a statement from his representative, a report shared that the 41-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum had told police that Jim, the father of her three children, had handed out her personal information to the unnamed workers with instructions to harass her.
According to a February 21 report from TMZ, Meghan revealed her accusations of Jim while accusing another person of harassing her with threatening phone calls, warning of potential harm to her and her children, who include nine-year-old daughter Aspen and seven-year-old twins Hart and Hayes.
As noted in a report from the Kirkwood Police Department in Missouri, Meghan arrived at their station months ago and claimed she’d been receiving continuous calls from an unknown person for two months. She also said that the harassment had worsened over the last couple of days, and that the persona had been making “crazed overt threats” and making less and less sense.
While Meghan admitted she engaged with the unknown caller, who seemed to be female, for a bit, she ultimately blocked the number. However, despite doing so, the messages continued from different numbers.
In voicemails shared with police, the person was heard making threats of harming and even killing Meghan and her children, and warning that Meghan would “go to jail.”
“The suspect speaks calmly at times and quickly at others, using frequently-repeated phrases or details in a rambling and erratic manner,” the report stated.
Also in the report, it was noted that Jim was “losing his mind” over their ongoing custody dispute, which has since seen her lose custody of their kids. As RHOC fans will recall, a staff member at the children’s school reported her to Child Protective Services (CPS) for allegedly giving Hayes unprescribed Ritalin.
Although Meghan said she wasn’t sure if Jim was involved with the caller, she claimed he had used sex workers to harass her in the past.
“[Megan said] after an overwhelming wave of phone calls and texts, she received a text from a number not known to her, which included a photo of the text sent by [Jim] containing instructions to harass her,” the police report read.
In response to the claims Meghan made, the police department launched an investigation and sent a department-wide email “requesting a close patrol of [Meghan’s] residence.”
Following the news of Meghan’s accusations against Jim, his rep, Steve Honig, told TMZ, “This is the first anyone is hearing of this, and it’s absurd. Jim is spending his time in Tennessee raising his kids and doesn’t have time for such nonsense.”
