Upchuck have dropped their new track “Last Breath,” written and recorded at the same time the band made last year’s I’m Nice Now with producer Ty Segall at Sonic Ranch Studios in Tornillo, Texas.
I’m Nice Now, Upchuck’s third LP, saw the band channel lead vocalist KT’s rage, using the album as an outlet to purge the anger she was feeling while critiquing those in positions of power. “In this world of constant distractions and stressors, it’s important to keep your mind, body, and spirit sane and sound enough to continue through this seemingly never-ending fight,” she says of the album’s creation.

The fiery track comes alongside a handful of new tour dates for the band, including performances at Outbreak Festival, Eurockéennes Festival, and a slot alongside Lambrini Girls at Maifeld Derby and the Metropolink Festival in Germany.
