Doja Cat has previously opened up about her rocky relationship with her father. But her latest “Deadbeat Chronicles” video pushed him over the edge, and it’s clear he’s had enough.
Dumisani Dlamini, the South African actor known for his role in Sarafina, took to social media to defend himself and share his side of the story. In his video, he claimed that Doja Cat has been “brainwashed” by her “white Jewish mother.”
He said:
”Let me tell you—you can’t be in a foreign country, find a white woman with three kids, have two kids with her, and then suddenly she gives birth to a superstar and tells the superstar that her father is not a good man. I’m talking about a white, Jewish woman.”
He continued:
“Today, I want to tell the world that I’m not going to be used by a white woman with three kids, whom I was supporting with money from Sarafina and my reputation as a good man. I love my kids. I took care of her kids—Deborah’s three children, white children—and they hated me.”

Despite the tension, he shared a message for Doja:
”Please don’t hate my baby. Please don’t say things to my baby, but know that I love her. She’s an incredible artist, and she’s been fed lies by her mother. Peace. That’s spiritual, man. I don’t live to impress—I’m an impression. I make fear fear me. I’m a son of God. Thank you so much. Take care.”
