Jennifer Aydin has broken her silence over her exit from The Real Housewives of New Jersey ahead of season 15.
“Peace out everybody! It was fun while it lasted but we be moving on up…and out,” Aydin, 48, announced via Instagram on Wednesday, March 25.
Bravo confirmed on Tuesday, March 24, that it was moving forward with a new season of RHONJ after nearly two years off the air. Season 15 won’t be a full reboot as Dolores Catania, Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga will all be back when production begins soon.
Jen addressed the seismic shift in the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast during Wednesday’s edition of her podcast “TV Gold with Jennifer Aydin.”
“I am not coming back to The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” she confirmed. “Thank you so much for everyone who is a fan of me and upset about that news. Listen, you guys are very passionate about this show. You guys are gonna have strong feelings about me, Margaret [Josephs], all the cast members, I appreciate that. That’s great.”
Jen threw some shade at the Bravo show, as she insisted that leaving RHONJ “doesn’t change my life either way.” According to the RHONJ mainstay, a producer called shortly before the news broke to let her know that she wasn’t being asked back.
“I kinda knew that already though,” Jen quipped. “[The producer said], ‘I kinda had a feeling that you knew but you did give so much to the show and we just felt it was right to call you.’ I was like, ‘OK, thanks, I guess?’ I appreciate that and I said that to her but, in my mind, I was like, ‘You’re, like, two years too late.’”
Jen became a divisive figure on The Real Housewives of New Jersey when she joined in season 9. Over the years, Jen had table-clearing arguments with Margaret and Jackie Goldschneider as she became one of Teresa’s closest allies.

Like Jen, Margaret announced earlier this week that she was “moving on” from the Bravoverse ahead of filming on season 15.
“I’ve been thinking about a lot of different things and I am moving on from The [Real] Housewives of New Jersey,” Margaret, 58, revealed via Instagram on Tuesday. “I think the timing is right. A lot of things have changed in my life. I’ve been blessed to work on a different project. I’m on the set right now. I realized I have to spend more time with my family, work on my designing and just take a break and move on.”
Bravo has yet to announce who will be joining Dolores, Melissa and Teresa on RHONJ season 15 but producer Andy Cohen has promised he has “a great group” lined up for fans.
“This has been a journey,” Andy, 57, admitted on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live on Wednesday, March 25. “We have gone through, this has been a long and winding road to get to this place and I’m very excited. What we owe you is a good show, so that’s what we want to deliver.”
RHONJ aired its season 14 finale back in August 2024. The dynamic between sisters-in-law Teresa and Melissa was so toxic at the time that Bravo declined to film a traditional reunion with the cast.
However, Teresa and Melissa made peace at BravoCon 2025 last November, seemingly paving the way for a new incarnation of the Jersey franchise.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is available to watch in full on Peacock.
