Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak has lost custody of the children she shares with Kroy Biermann.
According to a new report, Kim will be unable to see her children until she completes therapy.
TMZ obtained court documents that note a Georgia judge told Kim her kids will stay with Kroy from April 3 until she finishes four parent therapy sessions.
The court documents also note that the earliest Kim can possibly be reunited with her children is April 13.
Last week, Kroy filed court documents seeking full custody of the children he shares with Kim.
The filing saw Kroy alleging Kim had missed therapy sessions that had been ordered by the court. In addition, he noted Kim had been out of the country for two weeks.
The former NFL and reality star also claimed the “Don’t Be Tardy” songstress had only seen her children for one night and, on that evening, one of their kids was bitten by a dog.
Although they shared joint custody of their kids, Kroy insisted that be altered due to the aforementioned reasons.
In response to the filing, Kim told TMZ, “These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for.”
“I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am,” she continued. “I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light—no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
Kim and Kroy have four children together – KJ, 24, Kash, 13, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. Kroy als helped raise Kim’s daughters Brielle, 28, and Ariana, 24. They were from previous relationships, but Kroy legally adopted them.
After being married for 11 years, Kroy and Kim officially split in 2023.
In her initial divorce filing, Kim said her marriage to Kroy is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.
In the court documents, Kim requested primary physical custody and joint legal custody of her and Kroy’s four minor children, as well as spousal support.
While the couple went back and forth for a few years, they inevitably could not work things out, and Kroy filed for divorce for a third time in 2025.
Throughout their divorce battle, things have gotten nasty at times and it’s clear the pair do not get along at all.
At this time, their divorce battle remains ongoing.
