Kelsey Swanson‘s mystery man may have just been revealed.
Following Thursday night’s premiere episode of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, which saw Kelsey admitting to an “unorthodox relationship” with an unnamed man who “dates multiple people” during certain times of the year, she’s being linked to John Caprio, the son of late judge Frank Caprio.
“Kelsey, welcome to Mr. Housewives where I will find out anything you are hiding!” Mr. Housewives declared in a post shared on April 3.
As seen on RHORI, Kelsey has been in her open relationship for 10 years and doesn’t mind that her partner sees other women when he’s out of town. However, when it came to filming, her mystery man kept himself off-screen, and his name wasn’t mentioned. Even when images of the two of them were featured, his identity was kept secret.
But just one episode in, fans have seemingly discovered his identity, claiming it is John whom she is seeing.
“His name is John Caprio,” Mr. Housewives shared. “His father, Frank Caprio, was a well-known judge in Rhode Island. I’m not exactly sure what John does (I’m guessing maybe law-related), but his Instagram is very family-focused—lots of posts honoring his father, who passed away in 2025, and photos with relatives.”
Although John does follow Kelsey on Instagram, there are no images of the two together on his page.
Following the RHORI premiere on Thursday, Kelsey appeared on Watch What Happens Live, where she mentioned her boyfriend and confirmed that he was a big fan of the Real Housewives franchise.
“He’s the biggest Housewives fan. He’s a realist TV junkie. Hardcore. He knows every season. He knows what season Erika Jayne’s husband [Thomas Girardi] went to jail. He knows everything, and he loves it. Very supportive,” she shared on the April 2 episode.
The Real Housewives of Rhode Island season one airs Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo.
