Offset is currently listed in “stable” condition after reports broke about him being shot outside of a popular Florida casino.

TMZ was the first to report that the Migos alum was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL on Monday (April 6). The publication initially reported that Offset’s reps told them he was doing “fine.” The publication later updated that reps for the rapper then noted that he “is currently at the hospital receiving medical care.” The spokesperson added, “He is stable and being closely monitored.”
TMZ later updated that witnesses saw Offset all smiles and taking photos with fans. Witnesses said he was inside the casino around 7:10 p.m. EST. Witnesses said he was standing near an exit, looking toward the valet area and talking on his phone. A fan reportedly approached him and he eagerly obliged. The two then shook hands and posed for photos.
Witnesses said Offset continued to briefly chat with his fans without any hesitation. Witnesses said there was nothing off about the interactions, nothing signaling what was about to soon happen. Offset reportedly appeared relaxed, friendly, and all smiles. However, moments later, gunfire erupted outside near the casino’s valet area.

Offset Shot Outside Florida Casino, Police Detain Two Suspects
When TMZ initially spoke with a spokesperson for the Seminole County Police, the rep said:
“We are aware of an incident that occurred at a valet area after 7 p.m. Monday outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood that resulted in non-life threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. Seminole Police were on site immediately and the situation was contained quickly.”
The Seminole County Police rep also noted that officers apprehended two people in the incident. The rep said, “Two individuals have been detained by police. The investigation is ongoing. The site is secure and there is no threat to the public. Operations continue as normal.”
Amid the news of Offset’s shooting, Quavo, another Migos alum, reacted on his Instagram Story. He simply posted the prayer hands emoji. The incident also leaves Migos fans in awe as Offset’s shooting follows the November 2022 fatal shooting of the third member of Migos, Takeoff.

DJ Akademiks Alleges Lil Tjay Was On Scene Of Offset Shooting, His Team ‘Alluded’ To NY Rapper ‘Being In Custody’
What exactly happened is still being investigated by the Seminole County Police. However, DJ Akademiks has alleged that rapper Lil Tjay‘s team told him he was on the scene of the shooting. Akademiks also alleged that Tjay’s team “alluded” to the New York rapper “being in custody.”
