Disney+ has dropped a new trailer for Loki Season 2 and it features Tom Hiddleston as the God of Mischief glitching out on his new adventure. It’s looking like things are going to get pretty rough for him, but in the new footage that the trailer offers, we see him teaming back up with Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvie and Owen Wilson’s Mobius. There’s also new footage of Jonathan Majors as the Kang variant, Victor Timely and Ke Huy Quan’s character as who’s an archivist.
In this next chapter of the story, Loki finds himself with a little problem of “time slipping.” Loki explains in the trailer, “What I’m about to tell you is going to be hard to believe. I’ve been pulled through time, between the past and the present and the future.” We then see some of the moments in time that the God of Mischief has glitched to.
The cast also includes Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, and Tara Strong as Miss Minutes, who we see a variant of in the trailer.
The series was directed by Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Dan Deleeuw and Kasra Farahani. The head writer of the show is Eric Martin and it’s produced by Kevin Feige, Stephen Broussard, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kevin R. Wright, Hiddleston, Benson, Moorhead, Martin, and Michael Waldron.
Marvel Studios’ Loki Season 2 begins streaming on October 6, exclusively on Disney+.
