Raunchy and Ridiculous Trailer for Prime Video Limited Series Spinoff SAUSAGE PARTY: FOODTOPIA — GeekTyrant

Prime Video has released the trailer for their R-rated limited series spinoff, Sausage Party: Foodtopia, based on the raunchy 2016 animated comedy movie Sausage Party written by Seth Rogen, Kyle Hunter, Ariel Shaffir, and Evan Goldberg, based on a story by Rogen, Goldberg, and Jonah Hill.

The series follows Frank, Brenda, Barry, and Sammy as they try to build their own food society.

Co-writers behind the original Sausage Party film (together with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg), Ariel Shaffir and Kyle Hunter serve as executive producers and showrunners.

Executive producers include Rogen, Goldberg, James Weaver, and Alex McAtee via Point Grey Pictures with Madeline Blair overseeing for Point Grey Pictures.

Conrad Vernon (who co-directed the original) returns to direct the series and will also serve as executive producer alongside Annapurna Television’s Megan Ellison, Patrick Chu, and Andrew Millstein.

In the spin-off series, Rogen is returning to voice the lead character, along with fellow returning castmates Michael Cera, Kristen Wiig, David Krumholtz, and Edward Norton. New voice actors include Yassir Lester, Sam Richardson, Will Forte, and Natasha Rothwell.

All eight episodes of the series drop on Prime Video on July 11th. Check out the trailer below:
