Kelly Rowland recently filmed herself doing a cold plunge, but social media seemed more interested in the body she was serving.
The ‘Lose My Breath’ singer took to Instagram to share a video of herself attempting to submerge into freezing water.

Kelly Rowland Attempts The ‘Cold Plunge’
The singer decided to participate in the icy phenomenon because of its “health benefits.” It improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and boosts the immune system, per Sek Sauna. Kelly wrote in her IG caption, “Soooooo I’ve heard all the benefits to doing the Cold Plunge, and I tried it…..well attempted it …. 3 TIMES, here’s how it went.”
Mind you, this dip isn’t for the faint of heart. You gotta be ready to show the icy temperatures you da boss! Her husband, Tim Weatherspoon, told her that she “gotta get [her] mind right for this.” He encouraged her to stay in for at least one minute. The first time Kells jumped into the water, she couldn’t completely submerge herself. The Grammy winner hopped out and ran across the lawn with her buns bouncing along. Tim noticed her cakes caking and sang the lyric, “Ya jigglin baby,” from LL Cool J’s 1989 hit. The mom of two attempted to dip herself into the beyond-chilly water once again. This time, she got shoulders deep but could only stay in for a second before hopping back out. The final time she tried, she used a breathing technique that her husband attempted to coach her through. However, it did not help. She wined, “Babbbyyyyy….babbyyyy,” as she slowly got out of the water. She made a comical cry as she stood outside of the large barrel.
The Roommates React To Kelly’s Icy Dip
Commenters on The Shade Room’s post seemed distracted by Kelly’s body as she wore a black cut-out swimsuit.
