Fans might think that Emily works out all the time, but she tells a different story. “I don’t have a trainer, and I don’t really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends. That’s about it. I’m just not a crazy fitness person. I’m definitely an outlier in the industry,” Emily dished to The New York Times as she discussed her workout regimen. “And doing yoga a couple of times a week is a really big part of my regimen,” she added.
