Teresa Giudice Addresses Rumors She’s Leaving RHONJ

Teresa Giudice addressed a rumor she’s leaving Real Housewives of New Jersey and hinted at the alternate reunion – after it was revealed that the cast wouldn’t be filming a traditional reunion for the current season amid their divide.

According to a report, the cast will be filmed separately, in two separate groups, as they give commentary on the dramatic finale.

Teresa also revealed if she could see a path forward with brother Joe and sister-in-law Melissa amid their feud, and she explained her recent ‘Photoshop fail.’ On friend Larsa Pippen’s birthday, Teresa posted a photo of them together in bikinis on the beach. However, the image was blurred along the outline of the women, and fans quickly realized that the background was false. The photo has now become a meme with fans placing the two friends in random places around the world.

In an interview for LIVE with Kelly and Mark, Kelly asked about the rumor that Teresa is leaving the show.

“Who put those rumors out there?” asked Teresa. “Maybe some of my cast members. No, I’m not leaving. I started the show, and when Bravo wants me to leave, that’s when I’ll leave.”

She then was asked about a report that there would be “no reunion” this season.

“No, we’re having something,” she said. “I don’t know what they’re calling it, but we are doing something. Yeah, so make sure everyone tunes in for that.”

“I’m kind of glad we’re not doing what we did last year [with the reunion] because … when you wanted to speak, other people wouldn’t let you speak. And it’s like, come on … If you have something to say, let us get our point out and then you speak. So it’s like, we were talking over each [other].”

“I was so angry last year, I was doing the same thing because … they were yelling over me,” she continued. “You can’t get your point across the right way when people are yelling at each other.”

Teresa was eventually asked if she sees a path forward with Joe – provided that they all sat down together peacefully off-camera.

“We’ve done that,” she answered. “We’ve done it so many times … There’s a lot things that, you know, I’m not going to discuss, that happened. And I always kept my mouth shut because I didn’t want to upset my [now late] parents. And you know what, sometimes you just can’t go back.”

But Teresa feels that all involved are at peace now, as she and Joe are both “happy” with their respective spouses and families.

Teresa then shared her thought that her own husband Luis looked like he could be “cousins” with Kelly’s husband Mark Consuelos.

She also addressed her ‘Photoshop fail’ with Larsa.

“I was scrambling. I’m like, oh my god it’s her birthday. I have to post a picture for her, you know we’re really close,” recalled Teresa. “And then I was like looking and the first picture I picked was … the only picture I came across. I’m like, oh great, [it’s] summer. I just didn’t like the background and I called my assistant/social media person, and she’s like, ‘I’m in Mexico.’ I’m like, ‘Perfect! Take a picture of the beach!’”

“So it’s our actual photo. We’re just in a different place,” she said. “And now we’re all over the world.”
