New Details On Chrisean’s Prison Sentence

Per TSR the LAPD Fugitives Department took Chrisean Rock into custody on June 10, following a felony fugitive warrant from Oklahoma.

XXL reports that Rock could reportedly face up to eight years in prison for the arrest and extradition to Oklahoma on drug-related charges.

The outlet reveals Chrisean reportedly faces charges for failing to affix a tax stamp on controlled substances and intending to distribute them. Each charge carries a four-year sentence, putting Rock at risk of an eight-year prison term.

HotNewHipHop states that Chrisean has received accusations of “possession of marijuana with intent to distribute” and “possession of a controlled dangerous substance.”

Per XXL, Oklahoma law classifies controlled dangerous substances (CDS) to include narcotics, amphetamines, and other opiates.

Lawfirmofoklahoma.com explains that possessing marijuana or controlled dangerous substances (CDS) with intent to distribute qualifies as felony, resulting in a minimum two-year prison sentence a potential $20,000 fine.

Chrisean’s legal troubles began in June when authorities arrested her at Blueface’s court hearing in Los Angeles. She faced a 2022 warrant on drug charges.

According to XXL, Chrisean’s latest update arrives just a month before her son celebrates his first birthday in September.

What’s Good With Blueface?

Speaking of Blueface, he is also currently behind bars.

Per The Shade Room, the rapper will have to wait another week to find out how he will end his year.

Blueface, born Johnathan Porter, has stayed in jail since he turned himself in on January 12. Furthermore, the court rescheduled Blueface’s appearance from July 29 to August 6 at 8:30 a.m. local time.

He surrendered to authorities for allegedly violating his probation. TMZ later reported that Blueface breached “one or more terms of his probation” related to a September 2021 assault case in Los Angeles but the details of the violation remain unclear.
