Nicki Minaj has reached a resolution in her 2022 legal dispute with Marley Green, aka “Nosey Heaux.”
As previously reported, the legal action initiated by Minaj stemmed from a video released by Green in 2022, where she alleged that the rapper was “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.” Furthermore, Green made disparaging remarks about Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, alleging that he had tarnished her family lineage due to his criminal history as a convicted rapist.
Minaj has consistently refuted the allegations regarding drug use, which ignited the courtroom confrontation. As reported by TMZ, Green has consented to acknowledge that her accusations, claiming that Minaj was involved in cocaine use, were untrue. Additionally, she is mandated to stop associating Minaj with any drug-related discussions and is required to issue an apology. Failure to adhere to these terms could result in significant financial penalties for Green.
To avoid incurring additional costs, Green has also agreed to refrain from discussing Minaj’s son, whom she shares with Petty.

In line with the settlement, she must not mention the rapper in connection with cocaine or share or retweet any posts that imply that the “Super Bass” artist is engaging in unethical or illegal activities. If Green breaches this agreement, she will be liable to pay Minaj $50,000 for each violation.
Marley Green now joins the list of bloggers who have been sued for false claims. As we previously reported, YouTuber Tasha K was hit with a big defamation lawsuit by rapper Cardi B and was ordered to pay over $4M to the rapper. She has yet to cough up the money.
