The court documents state that Lopez listed April 26, 2024, as the official date of her separation from Affleck. However, the documents did not disclose whether there was a prenuptial agreement. Sources close to the former couple said there is no prenup, and the absence of a prenup means that any profits they made during their nearly two-year marriage could be considered community property.
Since getting married, Affleck has starred in several films such as “Air” and “Hypnotic,” produced “The Instigators,” and just finished filming “The Accountant 2.” Lopez has also been busy with projects like “Shotgun Wedding,” “The Mother,” her album ‘This Is Me…Now,’ and the upcoming “Atlas.” This is her fourth marriage and Affleck’s second. They tied the knot in Las Vegas on July 16, 2022.

Lopez has waived her right to spousal support and requests the judge deny Ben any support. Since the couple did not have children together, there are no custody issues to resolve. The former couple previously listed their Beverly Hills home for sale, Affleck bought a house in Brentwood, and Lopez is looking for a new home. Regarding their assets, negotiations have been ongoing for months and have intensified, given the nature of their marriage at the time. At times, communication between the two has reportedly broken down completely.
