Spiritbox are only a week out from their hugely anticipated fall tour with Korn and Gojira, and today the alt-metal outfit have shared the new single “Soft Spine.”

Don’t let the title fool you: There’s nothing squishy about “Soft Spine.” The new cut leans into Spiritbox’s heavier side, delivering djent-spiked riffage, diamond-cut production, and Courtney LaPlante’s powerhouse guttural vocals. The song also marks the band’s first original music since 2023’s The Fear of Fear EP.

Spiritbox will hit the road with Korn and Gojira starting Sept. 12 in Tampa, Florida. The trek finds the nu-metal OGs celebrating the 30th anniversary of their self-titled debut, a celebration that will culminate in a big show in LA where Evanescence, Daron Malakian and Scars on Broadway, and Vended will join the lineup.

Listen to “Soft Spine” below.
