In an exclusive, TMZ requested the body cam footage of Timberlake’s traffic stop and arrest on June 18. However, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office informed the outlet that the footage would not be released, as both sides agreed to seal it. The singer’s legal team and the prosecutors most likely decided to keep the video private, ensuring it remains inaccessible beyond those involved in the case.
Last week, Justin Timberlake pleaded guilty in a Sag Harbor courthouse to driving while ability impaired, which is a minor traffic violation. As part of his plea deal, he will complete 25 hours of community service and produce a public service announcement to discourage others from drinking and driving.

During the court proceedings and subsequent statements to the media, Timberlake admitted that his actions fell far below his standards. He promised to do his part in raising awareness about the dangers of drinking and driving. Timberlake was initially arrested in June after police reported that he ran a stop sign and swerved while driving away from The American Hotel, where he had been out with friends.
The arresting officer reported that he didn’t recognize the singer, and Timberlake was reportedly worried that the arrest might negatively impact his tour.
