On Thursday’s episode of RHOC, Emily Simpson tells Heather Dubrow to “f—k off” over outfit drama. Plus, Emily goes on off Alexis Bellino.
Emily Simspon opened up about her very real body insecurities following Heather Dubrow‘s fashion show.
On the Thursday, September 19 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Emily Simpson admitted that she felt uncomfortable wearing clothes larger than the rest of her castmates at last week’s charity fashion show. Emily explained that co-star Heather Dubrow told her to bring jeans while the rest of the RHOC cast wore the featured designer’s clothing.
“I actually had a little moment where I went into the bathroom and I actually cried a little bit because I felt like I was singled out,” Emily said while tearing up. “I felt like I was the girl that couldn’t fit into the pants that everyone else had on. It really killed me.”
“I felt like I wasn’t as small as everyone else,” she added.
Heather told Emily that wasn’t her intention and noted that the 48-year-old “has a great body.” Heather then recalled telling Emily how “lucky” she was to have “such a great butt.”
“I don’t understand why all these insecurities are coming out now towards me,” Heather said in her confessional.
While Emily told Heather she didn’t think she was being purposefully “malicious,” the lawyer shared that she worked hard to lose weight and get the body she had, so when Heather gave her larger clothes, she was offended.
“I thought I was giving you a starring role,” Heather said, pointing out that Emily got to wear three outfits during the fashion show while the other ladies only had two outfit changes.
“I’m so sad that you feel that way,” Heather said while Emily replied, “I didn’t even feel good in the dress because Alexis [Bellino] was in the same dress.”
Katie Ginella interjected that Emily was a size 12 while Alexis Bellino was a size 2. Earlier in the episode, Emily told Jennifer Pedranti and Kaite that she is “not a size 12” and that Alexis’ dress “fit her perfectly.”
“I still feel like Heather looks at me as the big girl,” Emily confessed while Jenn and Katie told her she wasn’t being “unreasonable.”
“That’s not my fault!” Heather later insisted. In her confessional, she added, “That’s not fair. I have news for you, the dress was tight on Emily, it wasn’t too big.”
Emily wasn’t having it and continued questioning Heather, who replied, “I’ve apologized, but you just want to keep coming after me.”
“I’m not coming after you, I’m just talking about myself,” Emily replied.
As Emily claimed that Heather never gave her “an apology,” Alexis chimed in to defend Fancy Pants, which is when Emily yelled, “You shut up!”
“I’m not gonna shut up, you just brought me into this,” Alexis said. Emily fired back, calling the RHOC friend “a wackadoodle.”
Emily then attempted to pull Heather aside, but Heather hesitated since Emily had already addressed the drama in front of the entire group.
“Stop being rude to me,” Heather said.
“You’re the one being rude,” Emily quipped. “You’re being cold and you’re being condescending.”
When the 55-year-old mom of four told Emily to “be quiet for a second,” the lawyer fired back, telling Heather to “f–– off” before attempting to leave.
On the other side of the house, Alexis admitted feeling “broken” due to the legal drama between her boyfriend, John Janssen, and her RHOC castmate Shannon Beador.
“I’m at my lowest point right now,” Alexis said.
As the women reconvened in the kitchen, they began yelling and screaming over each other, which is when Gina Kirschenheiter decided it was time for her and Emily to exit the event.
“You’re not involved in this — you’re a friend,” Emily told Alexis on her way out. “Shut the f–– up!”
