Emilia Clarke Highlights Beach Body With Less To ‘Complain About’

Emilia Clarke just seemed glad to escape the U.K.’s rain as she stunned for a beach snap in Spain. The 2015 photo marks one of the earliest documented posts on the actress’ Instagram, and it’s still live. Earning herself over 160,000 likes, Emilia kept trendy in a sleeveless top and skirt as she smiled by shallow ocean waters, with the photo marking her Me Before You shooting. Showing off her figure and her sense of humor, Emilia joked about having less to “complain” about, something her fans seemed to appreciate in the comments.

Adding a patterned backpack in white and brown, Emilia kept her vacay look stylish, wearing her hair down and with only a light makeup layer accentuating her features.

Standing near crystalline waters and rocks, Emilia appeared to have the place to herself. In a caption, she wrote: “Spain there is no rain, and even less to complain… about. #MeBeforeYou filming just keeps getting better.” Romantic comedy Me Before You was released one year later, in 2016.

Fast-forward to 2024, and it’s glam galore as Emilia Clarke proves her relevance via high-profile deals. The British beauty is signed to beauty giant Clinique, but she’s also been fronting luxury jewelry Chaumet, where Instagram videos of her have come dripping in diamonds.

In June, Emilia shared the above video, going “GRWM” style as she showed off a plunging black dress. Looking sensational with a bun hairdo and matte cosmetics, the actress eventually featured in her jaw-dropping diamonds, with the whole thing promoting Chaumet.
