Despite his mounting legal troubles and lawsuits, Diddy and his lawyer have no plans on copping a plea in his federal sex trafficking, prostitution, and racketeering case. Meanwhile, a lawyer claiming to represent over 50 Diddy accusers predicts the group of alleged victims will continue to grow as the now-disgraced mogul’s federal case proceeds.

Taking to his Instagram on Thursday (September 26), Houston attorney Tony Buzbee said his firm is representing over 50 Diddy accusers and believes that group will continue to grow. He said, “The Buzbee Law Firm has been associated by the Ava Law Group to act as Lead Counsel to pursue claims on behalf of more than fifty individuals who suffered sexual assault and abuse at the hands of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his cohorts.”

Buzbee continued, “This group of brave individuals includes both men and women; many were minors when the abuse occurred. Some of these brave individuals reported the incidents to the police, others did not. Each individual story is gut-wrenching and heartbreaking. The acts complained of occurred at hotels, private homes, and also at the infamous P. Diddy ‘Freak Off’ parties. The violations against this group of individuals are mind-boggling and can only be described as debauchery and depravity, exacted by powerful people against minors and the weak.”

The lawyer for Diddy’s accusers added, “I expect the group seeking redress will grow as this case progresses. I expect many other individuals will be implicated. We expect to have a press conference early next week where some of these stories can be told as the nation learns more and grapples with the potential scope of this scandal. Our firm has always been at the forefront of the most important cases in the United States. We are proud to represent this group of brave souls and pray for justice on their behalf.”

Meanwhile, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, told TMZ in their new documentary, ‘The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment,’ that his client plans to fight his federal case not just for himself, but for other Black men with similar cases. Agnifilo said, “I don’t know if I can keep him off the stand. He is very eager to tell his story… The United States government started making this case as a takedown of a successful Black man.”

When asked if he would be open to a plea bargain in Diddy’s federal case, Marc Agnifilo said, “Well, it’s not up to me. It’s up to Mr. Combs and I don’t see it happening. He believes he’s innocent and what’s more, he believes that he needs to stand up, not just for himself, but for his family and for everybody who’s been targeted by the federal government. Mr. Combs feels, A, he’s innocent, which is why he’s not going to plead guilty; B, he’s going to be truthful about this case because he wants to portray that to the people who have loved him his whole life; and I think he also feels an obligation to people in general.”

Agnifilo added, “Maybe it’s Black people, maybe it’s White people, maybe it’s anybody who’s ever felt aggrieved and targeted by the government. He feels an obligation to those people, to say, ‘You know what? Maybe I can break the model. Maybe I can show the world that a Black man can win in federal court. I think he probably is the only person I know of who might be able to actually accomplish that.”
