The 37-year-old, now a mother of four, displayed her jaw-dropping figure in a sexy eveningwear look for the Gem Awards in NYC, with photos showing her heading to the celebrity-adored Cipriani restaurant in Manhattan. Sizzling in a skintight and very cut-out leather top and tight skirt, Blake reminded the cameras of her killer curves, also flaunting an impressive set of abs.
