According to TMZ, at least one of Diddy’s sexual assault accusers has been asked to reveal their identity or face a loss in court. New legal documents obtained by the news outlet reveal that a judge in New York has ruled a woman suing Diddy — accusing him of an alleged sexual assault that she claims happened 20 years ago — must now reveal her name or have her suit dismissed.
Documents also reveal that the “Jane Doe” being asked to reveal her name is just one of the 120 Diddy accusers (both female and male) being represented by Houston, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee. In the ruling, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil claims that although the woman’s allegations are sensitive in nature, she has not shown any reason to remain anonymous and move her case forward as a “Jane Doe.”

Judge Vyskocil says the woman is simply an adult who “decided to file a lawsuit in which she accuses a famous person of engaging in heinous conduct approximately 20 years ago.” The judge also says that the woman must now file a complaint in her own name by November 13 or her case will be dismissed from the courts. According to TMZ, this particular Diddy accuser who filed as “Jane Doe” was the first client of Tony Buzbee to file a lawsuit against the now-disgraced mogul.
In her filing, the woman, from Tennessee, claims she was a 19-year-old college freshman when Diddy allegedly raped her under threat of violence in 2004. She claimed she got invited to Diddy’s photoshoot across the street from her college campus in Brooklyn, New York.
Per her lawsuit, she and a female friend went to the photoshoot, met Diddy, and got invited to an afterparty at a Manhattan-area Marriott hotel. The two were allegedly driven to the hotel by a member of Diddy’s entourage and once there, they tried to mingle with guests, drink, and listen to music; but were instead grabbed and taken to a separate room. The woman claimed when asked why they were being pulled away, a man escorting them told them, “You know what you are here for.”

Once in the room, the two women were allegedly locked inside with Diddy, who allegedly gave them drinks and told them to consume cocaine he prepared on a coffee table. The woman said she declined, but Diddy allegedly continued to gradually get more aggressive towards the women and began to touch them without consent. They resisted and Diddy allegedly ordered Doe’s friend to perform oral sex on him and threatened to kill them both if she didn’t.
The friend complied and while Doe begged Diddy to let them leave, which he allegedly denied. Soon Diddy allegedly turned his attention to Doe and forced her to undress under that of violence, allegedly forcing himself on her and sexually assaulting her. Doe said after loudly crying, the security guard who escorted her and her friend into the room opened the door to check on them and that’s when her friend ran out, leaving Doe trapped, allegedly stuck underneath Diddy.

Doe claimed Diddy eventually got off of her, talked to the security guard, and then both men left the room after Diddy allegedly told her to stay, threatening to kill her if she disobeyed. Doe said she sat in the dark hotel room for 30 minutes until a second security guard came in and told her she could leave. She grabbed her belongings, left, and immediately called a taxi back to her college dorm. 20 years later, Doe is now suing Diddy, wanting a jury by trial.
Diddy and his legal team denied the allegations and claimed he has never sexually assaulted this woman nor anyone else who has come forward with lawsuits. Diddy’s legal team told TMZ, “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
