Swiping the look already channeled by singer Selena Gomez this year, Chanel opted for a sexier version, rocking a fitted, polka-dot minidress that highlighted her fierce figure. Meanwhile, toddler Bowie wore a colorful furry onesie as she joined her parents to celebrate the October 31 calendar date.
