Kodak Black has fans truly concerned about him after he seemingly took an unknown substance during a livestream with Kai Cenat. This incident occurred during Kai’s ongoing “Mafiathon,” a continuous 30-day streaming event.
Kodak joined the well-known streamer to hang out during the event, but things quickly shifted as Black’s behavior grew more unpredictable, leaving Kai at times speechless.

At one point, while Kai interacted with his audience and they listened to La Roux’s “Bulletproof,” Kodak abruptly jumped out of his chair, displayed a white substance to the camera, and then tossed it into the air before catching it in his mouth and collapsing to the floor.
Prior to this incident, Kodak seemed to be struggling to articulate his thoughts during Kai’s freestyle session, stumbling over his words. The “Super Gremlin” rapper rattled off a series of meme references while trying to rap but eventually gave up, leaving Cenat looking confused once more. Kodak then removed his shirt and continued to ramble about not “catching HIV.”
Later in the stream, Kodak tried to engage in a regular conversation with the Twitch streamer but soon began acting erratically, bulging his eyes and sweating a lot. Fans of both artists turned to social media to express their worries for the rapper, stating that he needs assistance and that “he’s tweaking.”

“If Kodak Black was Justin Bieber and he was on Kai Cenat acting like that, the entire world would be in crisis mode and it would be international news,” one person on X said. “He would be in a f**king treatment center right now.” “This is actually hella sad, that man needs rehab.”
In recent months, Kodak has spoken about his struggles with drugs and opioids, claiming that he is done with them for good. Back in July, the rapper emphasized the seriousness of his commitment to sobriety by stating that he would no longer perform “Super Gremlin.” In an Instagram announcement, he confessed that he was “scared to be sober” but acknowledged that it was the best choice for his well-being.
“I’m about to stop performing ‘Super Gremlin,’ period,” he said during a live stream. “I hate that lil’ sh*t. I’m sober for the most part and I say this, like, around my people them so they know… that [it’s] serious. I could talk about it now. You feel me? For the most part bro I be sober, brother.”
“Like Batman, I couldn’t have waited ’til, like, Saturday [to take drugs],” he added. “Now, I can wait a few days… I’m proud of myself. I ain’t saying I couldn’t have; it was just like a ni**a was scared to be sober.” He then encouraged other substance abusers to quit, saying, “That’s motivation for ni**as to feel like if the Gremlin could do it, y’all could do it.”
