Alexis Bellino took to her Instagram Story this week to shut down new rumors claiming she and her fiance, John Janssen, have split.
As she also offered an update on her friendship with Tamra Judge, 57, on her main page, the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star confirmed her status with John, 62, and made an announcement regarding their upcoming wedding date.
“Another day, another reality TV romance that couldn’t handle the pressure,” read a message posted by an Instagram user days ago.
The post appeared to announce a “breakup” between Alexis and John, who began dating in late 2023, about a year after John’s split from Shannon Beador, 60, and asked for their followers’ thoughts. Alexis shared a screenshot of the false rumor and told her fans and followers that she and John are going strong.
“Um … sorry guys, another rumor. [John Janssen] and I are going strong and wedding date is set,” she declared.
Alexis also shared another social media post that featured a couple of photos of herself and Tamra, one of which saw Alexis kissing Tamra on her forehead. In the caption of the post, Alexis revealed where she and her castmate stand today.
“Giving a shout out to this girl. So proud of her and [Two Ts in a Pod] … Maybe I don’t need to kiss her head but…..at least we are no longer saying ‘kiss my a**,’” she wrote.
As Alexis and John prepare to say, “I do,” they seem to be on different pages when it comes to whether or not the event will be filmed for RHOC.
During an interview with PEOPLE last month, Alexis seemed to tease a potential airing, telling the outlet, “I don’t know, so stay tuned.” Meanwhile, when asked if cameras would be rolling on their big day, John said they were “not gonna film it.”
“Not a Bravo special or anything like that. I don’t know that they would want that,” he noted.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 reunion starts Thursday, November 7, at 9/8c on Bravo.
