The celebrity couple asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to hold Peterson in contempt for failing to obey the court order on the repayment of the $100,000 sum owed them.
The couple added that she should be found in contempt and sanctioned $1,000 daily until she refunds the $96,000 the court ordered her to pay in legal fees.
“Despite this court’s repeated orders that Sabrina pay T.I. and Tiny their statutory attorneys’ fees and costs, Sabrina has continuously and willfully refused to do so,” their attorney wrote.
The lawyer noted that her “blatant noncompliance with the orders not only demonstrates a disregard for the authority of this court but also imposes an unfair and ongoing financial burden on T.I. and Tiny.”
