Kim Kardashian has been attacked for promoting an unhealthy body image as her September bodysuit photo garners negative remarks. Earlier this fall, the 44-year-old showed off her impossibly tiny waist in a plunging SKIMS look, posting to Instagram while displaying the weight loss she made 2022 headlines for. Kim, who boasts a 24-inch waist and world-famous curves, slipped her figure into an eye-popping bodysuit for a candid snapshot, one gaining her over 3 million likes, but also some backlash. Rocking a medium shade of green, the billionaire went low-cut, flashing her cleavage and showing off her toned legs.

Showing somewhat of a thigh gap as she posed with one hand near her midriff, Kim went slightly ruched, sticking to her favorite skintight finish as she opened a gallery of life updates.

Wearing her dark hair scraped back, Kim kept her look simple, but fans on The Daily Mail weren’t discussing her hair and makeup.

“I am not being unkind I am simply stating what I see and what I see is a wholly surgically created figure. There is ZERO natural about that at all. Unhealthy role model for girls and women everywhere,” one user said, gaining over 400 likes for their comment. While another said that Kim Kardashian has a “weird shape,” a third replied: “She’s going to have some major health issues as she gets older. Her hips are seriously wrong & her gate is affected. She’s totally out of proportion her body looks unhealthy.”

Kim received similar comments as she updated her Instagram in this tight corset while attending the Academy Museum Gala recently. Shocking fans with her minuscule waist, she made headlines for modeling a vintage Mugler look, but for some fans, her figure was the only thing worth discussing. “She said ‘this year I wanna look like a tooth’ lmao,” one user said, with another calling her “deformed.”

Kim has always maintained that her curves are natural. Likewise, her weight loss, something that has sparked Ozempic rumors ever since she dropped 21 pounds in a short space of time to fit into her 2022 Met Gala dress.

Summer 2024 brought travel photos as Kim updated her IG from Italy. In the above shot, she sizzled in a strappy braless maxi dress, enjoying time with sister Khloe Kardashian as fans gushed over her in the comments. “You’re sort of perfection,” 40-year-old Khloe replied. “This is everything and more” came from makeup brand Morphe.
