I found some obscure Japanese student-film from the 2000s. Does anyone know more about it?

I once stumbled upon the soundtrack of that thing. Its name was "A Sort of Sound Track for U.F.O.“ by Sadesper Record. It really grabbed my interest so I started looking for the actual movie. After finishing I loved it. Despite being low-budget something like this feels super human. Something that an A.I. or a big studio can’t create. Doing research didn’t help very much. I only found a few TikToks about it, which are pretty useless. Looking at the director, Yu-Ichi Sukigara‘s Letterboxd-entry exposes that he also worked on another film with the same company "GodxDog Productions“. The closest thing I could find was the YouTube Channel of that company:

I also tried to contact one of the members of Sadesper Record and the person I talked to actually wasn’t a member of the band. This stuff is just really interesting. I would appreciate it if someone does know more about it.
